With our SIGMA CIDER SERIES we focus on integrating traditional apple varieties and cool climate grapes. These distinctive cider-and-wine blends represent the sum of iconic Valley flavours. They are refreshing, aromatic, and a unique expression of our terroir.

Sigma Cider Red
Crafted from a fruit-driven blend of cool climate Merlot and Frontenac Noir wines with cider made from traditional Annapolis Valley apples.  Sparkled to a light effervescence, it is medium-dry with a bright red-hue, expressive notes of ripe strawberry and pomegranate, refreshing acidity and a crisp finish.  

Sigma Cider White
Featuring a blend of cool climate Chardonnay wine with cider crafted from traditional Annapolis Valley apples, this off-dry vinous cider is lively and refreshing.  Sparkled to a light effervescence, it expresses aromas of white grapefruit and fresh apples that follow through on the palate with a vibrant acidity and a hint of minerality.

Sigma Cider Rosé
Crafted from a blend of Frontenac Noir wine fermented in a rosé style with cider made from traditional Annapolis Valley apples, this vinous cider is elegant and crisp.Sparkled to a light effervescence to allow the fruit-forward aromatics to express, this medium-dry rosé has a pleasing acidity with notes of red currant and stone fruit and a refreshing finish.
