This cool climate Chardonnay shows a vibrant straw colour with a clear hue.  The nose opens with aromas of fresh apple, pear and lemon peel followed by hints of soft oak.

On the palate this wine is elegant and structured with a touch of toasted spice that accompany the fresh citrus and orchard fruit accords.  This is a medium-bodied Chardonnay that showcases the terroir of Nova Scotia.

Enjoy on its own or pair it with seared scallops, roast chicken with lemon, and cheese plates.
