A light-bodied, oak-aged Chardonnay with a moderate acidity that showcases the terroir of Nova Scotia.

This cool climate Chardonnay shows a vibrant straw colour with a clear hue.  The nose opens with aromas of fresh apple, pear and lemon peel followed by hints of soft oak.

Enjoy on its own or pair it with seared scallops, roast chicken with lemon, and cheese plates.
