Shipping Policy

Due to the risk of product freezing resulting in damaged bottles during frigid winter temperatures we ship from April to November only for Canada-wide shipping.

We offer Canada-wide shipping for orders of 6 or 12 bottles with flat rate shipping: $15 to NS, NB, PE, NL; $25 to QC, ON; $35 to MB, SK, AB, BC. If you wish to ship to the territories, please contact us at info@beausoleilvineyards.ca. All orders are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel within 2 business days of being received (weather permitting). At this time, orders placed through our website can only be shipped within Canada.

Deliveries require a signature and photo ID for proof of identity and age (+19 years). If delivery to a residential address is attempted and no one is available to sign, a note will be left advising of the attempted delivery. The package then must be picked up at the noted Canada Post outlet within the allotted time, after which the parcel will be returned to sender at the receivers expense.

For local orders within Kings County, NS, we offer complimentary home delivery. Deliveries will be made on Saturdays between 9 am – 4 pm.  Orders must be placed before Friday at midnight.  Please note that we will require a phone number to call you to arrange a safe drop off.

We do not accept returns unless a product is unsatisfactory or believed to be faulty. If you have received a product that is unsatisfactory or faulty and would like to inquire about making a return, please contact us at info@beausoleilvineyards.ca.
