Our Valley Vintage is a small lot cider crafted from apples harvested from our own estate and is a testament to the history of our farm from when it was once a terraced orchard in days long past.  The fresh-pressed juice from these legacy apples was left to a spontaneous wild-ferment that resulted in a medium-dry cider with a brilliant golden-hue that is complex and juicy with a soft astringency and bright notes of crisp, fresh apple.

Pairing suggestions: Enjoy this cider on its own or try it paired with stir-fried dishes, sharp cheeses, or salty snacks.
